Shipping Information
We ship from sunny Hollywood, California, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
US Shipping Times
Our current processing time is 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States takes approximately 5-8 business days. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO post offices. Most customers receive their orders within a week.
Shipping upgrades available at checkout.
First Class shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days.
Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive.
Express Mail is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for personalized and/or embroidered items.
Most orders use standard shipping unless you upgrade your shipping method at checkout.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to track your package using the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS.
International Orders
Estimated Shipping Times
Canada and Australia: 10-15 business days
Europe and the Middle East: 2-8 weeks
New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days
Tracking is not available in all countries. For some countries, tracking information is updated after the package leaves the United States. Please contact your local post office for more information.
If the package is being shipped to a business/commercial address, the recipient's first and last name must be entered in the Address Line 1 field; otherwise, the address will be retained to verify that the package is being sent to an individual and not a business.
Import Taxes and Duties
Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs and import taxes. Exebadfj is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Pre-orders:
All pre-order items will ship within the timeframe specified in each item description and/or pop-up window. We will notify you of any delays via email. All orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship within the pre-order timeframe. If you require an in-stock item urgently, please place a separate order.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages will incur return shipping charges, the amount of which depends on the shipping method used for the original order. For orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or with incomplete address information, we will deduct the shipping charges from your invoice.
Refused, incompletely addressed, or undeliverable packages will be refunded, minus all shipping costs and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. If you would like your item reshipped, please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information.
